How to Maintain and Keep a Raptor: A Quick Guide

Many people are unaware that raptor trucks exist. These trucks are designed to carry goods that need to be protected from weather or hazardous materials, such as nuclear waste.

Check Tire Pressure Regularly

Properly inflated tires can save up to 5% of gasoline costs per year because they use less energy. You should check the tire pressure once a month or every two weeks. If your truck is equipped with an air suspension, the tire pressure sensor may transmit information to electronic control units that trigger warning lights when low tire pressure levels are detected in one wheel well. These warning signals can’t tell you which wheel has low-pressure – they are simply warning lights. If you have a Raptor, check the tire pressure of all four tires every time you fill up on gas because each tire will lose air at different rates depending on how much it is being used compared to the other wheels.

Change All Four Spark Plugs

Change all four spark plugs every 60,000 miles or two years, whichever comes first- this helps keep the engine running at its best performance level by ensuring that the fuel is fully combusted in each cylinder. By doing this, you are also prolonging the life of your spark plugs. If you have access to compressed air, consider using it with a canister filter to blow out any additional dirt that may trap in between or under the coils, which could cause engine problems down the road if not removed.

Change Engine Oil

You change the engine oil every three months or time you reach 5000 miles- the oil helps lubricate and cool your engine. You can find out when it is necessary to change your oil by reading your car’s owner manual, checking the dipstick periodically, or listening for unusual sounds under the hood. Each time you service your truck, make sure to check your oil, radiator fluid, brake pads, and other parts that you can wear.

Maintaining your raptor truck is not easy. You have to keep it clean, waxed, and fueled for optimal performance. If you maintain your raptor truck correctly, it will last a long time.
